When someone buys a digital gift card, the PDF is emailed to them as well as saved in their account and after using a partial amount, the amount on their digital gift card is updated.
What most merchants find the easiest is to just take a picture of the QR code with their smartphone and then they are asked to be directed to your public Gift Card Redemption page and the voucher number is auto inputted.
Any QR Code Reader can also be used to scan and redeem a voucher. We also have existing PayVibe Redemption Apps in the iOS and Android stores.
A merchant can visit and check the status of a voucher and / or mark as redeemed from those pages.
