Easily Trackable Merchant Redemption
Our coupon publishers decide whether or not they want to require users to register before downloading a coupon (we recommend to require the registration in order to grow users and subscribers). From here, the system generates a unique voucher QR code that is put on the customers voucher. They can then show the merchant the voucher on their phone, from their account, or a printed version.
What most merchants find the easiest is to scan the QR code with their smartphone and then they directed to the Redemption page where the voucher number is auto inputted.
Any QR Code Reader can also be used to scan and redeem a voucher. We also have existing DDB Redemption Apps in the iOS and Android stores.
Each of our publishers has publicly available redemption page and gift card redemption page. A merchant can visit and check the status of a voucher and / or mark as redeemed from those pages.
